Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING

All The Brilliants ships jewelry on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, to ensure jewelry arrives without incident - there is no shipping over the weekend.

Unless specified by Purchaser, all jewelry is insured with two day shipping from New York City.

Designers and Purchasers located in the US will take between 2 - 7 business days to ship. Certain items may have a longer lead time, but this will be communicated within 24 hours.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns are possible in the US within 7 days of delivery, if the jewelry has not been worn and is not damaged. NOTE: if the jewel is from a non-US based designer, the consumer is responsible for the cost of the return, including international shipping and Customs Duty.

Returns on jewelry shipped to Purchasers outside the US are not possible.

Bespoke or customized items are not eligible for return or refund.
